Senator John Fetterman Visits New Chai Lifeline New Jersey Center in Jackson

Jackson, NJ — Chai Lifeline New Jersey welcomed Senator John Fetterman today for a special visit to its newly opened regional center in Jackson, where he met with staff, volunteers, and families benefiting from the organization’s vital services.

During his visit, Senator Fetterman toured the facility, engaged with members of the local community, and learned firsthand about the comprehensive support Chai Lifeline provides to children and families facing serious illness, trauma, and crisis. His presence underscored his continued support for the Jewish community and his outspoken advocacy for Israel during a critical time.

As part of the visit, Chai Lifeline leaders presented Senator Fetterman with a Bike4Chai hoodie in appreciation of his support and solidarity.

“We were deeply honored to welcome Senator Fetterman to our new center today,” said Rabbi Sruli Fried, Director of Chai Lifeline New Jersey and Executive Director of Bike4Chai. “His genuine interest in our work and his strong support for the Jewish community and for Israel mean a great deal to the families we serve. This center represents hope, compassion, and community, and it was meaningful to share that with him in person.”

The new Jackson center serves as a hub for Chai Lifeline’s expanding programs in New Jersey, offering case management, crisis intervention, family support services, and programming for children and siblings navigating illness and loss.
