Program will offer young professionals the opportunity to get involved and play an active role in the future of Chai Lifeline
Chai Lifeline is pleased to introduce the Young Builders Society. Designed for the next generation of lay leadership and emerging philanthropists, the program is geared towards young professionals who are committed to Chai Lifeline’s mission of bringing hope and joy to seriously ill children and their families.
“Chai Lifeline is privileged to have thousands of young, passionate supporters across the globe,” said Mikey Albala, Director of Institutional Advancement. “This initiative allows them to play a meaningful and active role in the growth of the organization.”
The Young Builders Society is based on three key pillars: volunteerism, ambassadorship and philanthropy. Young Builders and their families are offered unique opportunities to volunteer based on their personal interests and are encouraged to take part in Chai Lifeline’s various programs and events throughout the year. As ambassadors, they work to raise awareness of Chai Lifeline within their communities and encourage the overall advancement of the organization. Young Builders partner with Chai Lifeline and commit to a minimum annual gift of $1,800. Additional sponsorship opportunities are available for Young Builders who wish to commit at higher levels.
In return, Young Builders will receive two VIP tickets to the Annual Chai Lifeline Gala in New York City, participate in “family day” at Camp Simcha, be invited to an annual Young Builders Society event, as well as other exclusive opportunities.
“Chai Lifeline has been serving the most vulnerable children and families in our community for more than 30 years,” said Miriam Tenenbaum, Director of Leadership Development. “Our Young Builders will help strengthen and shape the next 30 years and beyond.”
