CHAI LIFELINE NEW JERSEY ANNOUNCES “WE’RE FAMILY” CAMPAIGN ON MAY 21-23

For 25 years, Chai Lifeline New Jersey has been there to help more than 1,000 families in their community, transforming a journey filled with uncertainty into one marked by hope and compassion. It has made Chai Lifeline a family, not just an organization. Chai Lifeline New Jersey will turn to their extended New Jersey family through an online crowdfunding campaign, starting Tuesday, May 21 at 12 PM and concluding at 12pm on Thursday, May 23, aimed at raising $1.8 million to help support local children and families facing illness, crisis, and loss.

This campaign will allow Chai Lifeline New Jersey to continue to meet the needs of the growing local population and ensure they receive the care and services they require. The organization provides practical assistance that profoundly affects daily life, ensuring no family faces the journey of pediatric illness alone, which is a tremendous source of mesisras nefesh for the entire family.

Chai Lifeline New Jersey’s wide array of services include case management, psychosocial support, crisis intervention and trauma response, hospital and home services, financial assistance, insurance advocacy, family programs and events, Chai House and Kosher Pantry at CHOP, and their renowned Camp Simcha summer programs.

“Our hope is that everyone understands that behind every dollar raised in this campaign lies the potential to ease a family’s burden, offer hope, and pave the path of unlimited support- one family at a time” said Rabbi Sruli Fried, director of Chai Lifeline NJ/PA, “and as one New Jersey family, let us come together b’achdus to ensure that no child fights alone.”
