Harav Elya Brudny Brings Chizuk and Bracha to Camp Simcha

Camp Simcha, Chai Lifeline’s renowned summer haven for children facing serious illness, was deeply honored to host Harav Elya Brudny shlit”a, Rosh Yeshivas Mir Brooklyn and chaver Moetzes Gedolei HaTorah, for a heartfelt visit to its Glen Spey, NY campus on Monday, July 28.

Harav Brudny toured the camp’s state-of-the-art medical and recreational facilities and witnessed firsthand the ruach, simcha, and kedusha that permeate every corner of Camp Simcha.

The Rosh Yeshiva addressed the campers with moving words of chizuk and heartfelt brachos. “It’s a tremendous zechus to be here in such a makom kadosh,” said Harav Brudny, who emphasized the preciousness of every neshama and the koach of true simcha even amid life’s challenges.

“To have a gadol like Harav Brudny visit our campers and staff, bringing them strength and bracha, is something they will never forget,” said Rabbi Simcha Scholar, CEO of Chai Lifeline.
